Planets and space art

I started looking at sci fi land scapes, because the characters where going to need a setting and all the old sci fi movie posters which a lot of the styling of this project is set, have some sort of painted moon scape, with ringed planets and retro looking rockets, cities under glass domes that sort of thing. i down loaded a pack of wall papers call sci fi land scapes, so although im going to paint my moon scape, so to look more like the movie posters i used these as guides for composition and lighting and shadow.
